Complimentary Color Character Painting
I made this for Core Painting during my Freshman year. The assignment was to create a complimentary color painting consisting of anything we want. I immediately recognized this as yet another opportunity to use fictional characters in my work. The most frequently used set of complimentary colors in characters that I was able to think of were red and green.

Here is yet another early animation test from my 3-D Modeling class. Like the previous project, I used the "Rhinoceros 3D" software, as well as GIFS, to put this together. The plot consists of a remote control pushing its own buttons to change the channel. Each channel/show is made up of the previously mentioned GIFS.

Leadership with only animals Isolation with an interior Revolution with landscape The divine (7 deadly sins) with only a still fife Love with a sequence Fear with shadow (Jekyll and Hyde) Greed with hands For this illustration project, we were given seven concepts, and we had to illustrate them with seven given nouns (hands, a still life, etc.). We can use whichever concepts for whichever nouns we want; but they all had to be used only once. They also had to be in black and white. Every picture was drawn, scanned, and colored in Photoshop.
